Rightsholders can report that infringing material is available via EnsembleHub. Below you can read how to submit a notice and how we handle it.
EnsembleHub is a rehearsal-prep tool. Organizers themselves attach material to a rehearsal, visible only to the invited members of their private ensemble. We do not provide sheet music or repertoire ourselves, are not a sheet music library, and do not select, review, or monitor uploaded material. Responsibility for the material and the rights in it rests with the user who provides it.
If you are a rightsholder (or represent a rightsholder or collective management organization) and believe that specific material available via EnsembleHub infringes your copyright or related rights, you can report it to us. We act on sufficiently substantiated notices.
Send your notice to copyright@ensemblehub.nl and include: (1) a clear description and the exact location of the material; (2) a substantiation of your right and why you believe the material infringes; (3) your name and contact details; and (4) a statement that your notice is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. The more complete the notice, the faster we can act.
We acknowledge receipt of your notice and assess it carefully and without undue delay. Following a sufficiently substantiated notice, we promptly remove the material in question or disable access to it, and inform you of the decision. Where possible we inform the user concerned, so they can respond or appeal.
A notice must be submitted in good faith. Knowingly false or misleading notices may expose the person submitting them to liability. Where we have doubts about the basis of a notice, we may ask for further substantiation.
