Use of the service
EnsembleHub is intended for lawful use in organizing rehearsal prep and sharing rehearsal information with invited ensemble members. You are responsible for how you use your account and the content you upload.
Terms of service
EnsembleHub is a focused rehearsal-prep tool. Below you can read the terms for use, subscriptions, cancellation, and liability.
User content and rights
You are responsible for the material you upload or share. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for that material, including copyright in sheet music, lyrics, and sound recordings. You indemnify EnsembleHub against any third-party claims — including from rightsholders and collective management organizations — arising from material you upload or share, and you reimburse the reasonable costs associated with such claims.
EnsembleHub's role (neutral service)
EnsembleHub hosts and shares material solely on your instruction, within your private ensemble, and visible only to its invited members. We do not select, review, edit, or monitor this material and play no active role in what a user adds. EnsembleHub is not a sheet music library and does not provide repertoire itself.
Copyright notices
Rightsholders who believe infringing material is available via EnsembleHub can report this at copyright@ensemblehub.nl. Include the exact location, a substantiation of the claim, and your contact details. Following a sufficiently substantiated notice, we promptly remove the material in question or disable access to it. The full procedure is on our Copyright notices page.
Subscription and payment
EnsembleHub offers free and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions come in a monthly and an annual variant: a monthly plan renews automatically each month, an annual plan each year. Payment is processed via Mollie in both cases. You will receive an invoice by email after each successful payment.
Free trial
Paid subscriptions start with a free 30-day trial. During the trial you can cancel at no cost; you are only charged for the first time after the trial ends. If you do not cancel during the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for periods already paid. You retain access to all paid features until the end of the billing period.
Data retention after cancellation
After cancelling a paid subscription, your workspace and associated data are retained for 30 days. After that they are permanently deleted. Payment data is retained for 7 years in accordance with legal requirements.
Consumer rights (Dutch "Wet van Dam")
For consumers and associations: after an initial contract period (monthly or annual), the subscription can be cancelled monthly with a notice period of no more than one month. This follows from the Dutch "Wet van Dam" and takes precedence over any conflicting provisions in these terms.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uptime at this stage. Maintenance, updates, or outages may cause temporary interruptions. We aim to announce planned maintenance in advance where possible.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and our pricing. We announce changes in advance, for example by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect counts as acceptance. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel your subscription under the cancellation rules above.
Liability
EnsembleHub is a rehearsal planning tool. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the District Court of Gelderland, Arnhem location, unless mandatory law designates a different court.
